With nearly three decades in residential real estate, Mr. Wells brings a wealth of experience and vision to his CEO / Founder role here at Texas Coastal Lending. In his role, Mr. Wells is responsible for all aspects of running the organization. His industry leadership journey spans senior and executive positions where he played a key role in building multiple mortgage companies, guiding both multi-billion-dollar firms and start-up ventures from the ground up. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Wells combines his deep industry expertise with a passion for innovation and technology. Outside of work, he enjoys life on the water as an avid boater with his family, regular exercise and weight training and an occasional round of golf.
